Branch Reviews & Complaints
This bank has given me issues on repeat threatening my livelihood my way of life my account my login, my transfer have all been put on hold twice now and the first time they took4 weeks to unhold my account and I was between homes literally about to take a flight when I was called in to give documents I gave ahead of time to unfreeze my account and as of December 16th they closed my login and I cannot contact them directly I live in Cleveland this banks 3000 miles from me. I literally cannot contact a representative the automated system tells me it's not available and I'm in a whole other part of the world I can't be bothered to fly or drive down 3000 miles to talk to a banker for 15-20 minutes to reopen my account they closed without my permission or telling me why. It's the worst bank I've ever done business with. They're force closing my account without respects giving me access to pay my bills my rent my food expenses they're slowly letting me loose everything. It's the worst feeling and they deserve this review. I don't live in Portland Oregon anymore I cannot fix this problem the manager has yet to contact me directly I'm struggling here trying to figure out how I will pay my rent.... I'ma be homless all over because my bank cannot contact me or directly GIVE ME ANY information I cannot contact any branch representative anyway through 1800 us bank customer service or specific departments I'm royally screwed over on repeat by this bank.
Don't reccomend.
