Don't bank with US Bank! I'm very disappointed with the service of US Bank, it's always an hour or more on the phone for their mortgage department only to get contradicting answers each time. They assign a "mortgage assistant" to each customer; however, don't ever expect to talk to your "assistant." The branch offices are just as awful, especially at the location closest to where I work and live. You can't get any help over the phone because they never answer the phone. Then when you go in, they are rude and act like you are putting them out. It's a sad situation. I went in today and the associate could not see transactions past two weeks on my checking account. What? He said he would have to get his manager. I said ok but he said he would have her call me. It's now been six hours, and I still haven't heard and highly suspect I will not hear from her. Ready to switch all my accounts and my family's accounts. Ugh! I've had accounts with them for more than 20 years, now they are charging me a monthly maintenance fee for doing LESS than ever. I've had more complications from Bank associates who don't know what they are doing! It's been hours and hours and hours of trying to get things straightened out. Don't trust US Bank.
