Went to the bank to deposit checks and US Treasury bonds. There was no one waiting. I was the only customer there when I went in. When I asked to deposit my treasury bond, I was told that I had to make an appointment. He did not offer to make an appointment. I couldn't understand why I had to go home and make an appointment when there was no one waiting. Another teller said why doesn't he do the transcription, and he said he had to follow policy. What kind of a policy is it to give extra work to everyone.
