I want express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Misty Ballantyne. I had spent 30 minutes the previous day on the telephone with Online Banking trying to add Zelle to our HOA account. They advised me to go to my branch in Olathe, which I did the next day where I waited for over an hour to be told no one could help me and request I go to another branch. I proceeded to the Hawthorne branch where I met Misty and being impatient and irritable I didn't like first response, but she requested we try another approach which resulted in successfully getting Zelle set up for our HOA. Thank you and you are an asset to your branch.
