Branch Reviews & Complaints
The bank closed my account without giving me any warning. They will not give me my money and are accusing me of claiming there were fraudulent charges on my account, I never made these claims, and they were charges that frequently appear on my account. They took approximately 900 dollars for these alleged fraudulent claims. No one at the bank will speak with me about why the account was closed or when my funds will be returned to me. The bank manager refused to speak with me!!
I have called the bank numerous times only to be brushed off. They told me I will have to wait for a letter in the mail. They have left me unable to pay my bills or buy food! It is unethical, but It is criminal. I will be suing them for damages if I do not receive an explanation and all of my funds returned to me!! I will be going into the branch tomorrow to demand answers and my money. If I don't get both they are going to paying me far more in damages than they should just have given me immediately. DO NOT bank here! hey are thieves and liars. I hope to get a response to this email before I go into the branch.
