Branch Reviews & Complaints
I'm very disappointed to have my branch in Potosi, Missouri close. Their was so much internal chaos that was never solved from poor district management that should've at least tried to fix it. From what I understand the employees had no idea it was coming. When they tried to contact the district manager she wouldn't return their calls. Now my town has one less bank and a nasty eyesore of a building. I can't change what's done but can somebody st think to tell the town they want to close the bank so maybe the customers can help to save it.
