BRANCH REVIEWS
Teller forgot to sign my cashier's chk, brought it in and was told it would be researched to find out issuer. Was sent home and told they'd call the following morning. No call, and when trying to call branch no teller available.
Customer service is non-responsive. Was on hold 20 minutes waiting for a banker to pick up. Was disconnected eventually.
