USAA Federal Savings Bank Ratings

USAA & GOVT locked me out; this is obviously due to the increased digital security measures that adversely affect my family and others that are still analog/landline phone users and old I.D. system before 2025 ID.me/real I.D. requirements. USAA & GOVTS could alleviate problems by simply allowing u.s. postal (snail mail) and voice communications. The ability to speack with live personnel (not contracted call centers) is lost!

I have been locked out of my account and when I call you won't take my call rather tell me to submit photo identification proving in me. I have zero access to my money and I keep my cards locked when not in use so my debit cards can't be used and nobody can give me an explanation as to why! This is my money and talk are keeping it from me and won't tell me why. You locked my account do you think my bills just stop and my vehicle doesn't need gas you literally are keeping me from being able to take care of anything including food. I will be going to another bank because these practices are not acceptable by any reach of the imagination. You are holding MY money from me with no explanation I will be going as far up as I can and holding you accountable. Understand that no other bank would do this, let me take my money and run from this 15 years I've been with you and never a problem until twice recently.

You restricted my checking account with no reason and no one who knows why at the 800-531-8722 number. I spend 6 months of the year in Belize, C.A.. Does it have something to do with that? There are no irregular charges showing in my account, so fraud doesn't seem to be the issue.

Daughter requested replacement card and was questioned beyond required questions. Her dd was asked where he gets his paychecks distributed from and are they always that amount. Supposedly the supervisor instructed rep to ask that questions. A business who supposedly serves those who've served this country. Way to go USAA...NOT!!! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! :(

My USAA Savings Account is fraudulent by Early Warning Systems report, in illegal savings termination by USAA member fraud agent statement — that in March 16, 2018, USAA Bank and Chase Bank in New York are involved in antitrust litigation by a New York District Court that involves anti-government money laundering by USAA executive banking officers in Mexico and Central America.
This is a US bank involved in fraud, waste, and abuse in illegal activity AND my personal financial fraud is unresolved by conspiracy HATE CRIME.

USAA Bank have no respect for my 30 years as a menber. I took a auto loan to pay off my lease with Genesis Financing, I spoke to many employees out of the loan dept and twice the sent the check twice. No support at all.

Please tell me how you are or are not subjected by the Dodd Frank Bill

I have something similar, the check that was fraud was taken by the bank and then given to the cops & and will be going to the fraudulent commissions, So, this is what happened, I am looking for a job online remote working at home and thought I found one, I was almost suckered into it. And then took it to my bank and the informed me the check was fraudulent check, and they took it from and turned it over to the cops here in Newaygo and I will be skip tracing this whole situation and I will find all the people & the bank "SOMEON IS GOING TO GET INTO BIG TROUBLE WHO EVER IS INVOVED. Someone should contact the police because I am.

My Experience with USAA has been terrible because the Company is not willing to provide excellent customer service due to the lack of respect my excellent name and family that has been a member Of USAA for 27 years this USAA bank refuses to admit in written format that illegal visa indmnity.
