VARO BANK RATINGS

Varo is great I've used them almost since they've been around and I have to say any problems I've had they've been right there and taken care of them. Also to note, the problems I had had nothing to do with Varo itself but outsider problems who had access to my account. I give them 5 stars on some real sh#$!

Can someone please help me get my money or get hold of Varo in some way. They temporarily suspended me for i don't know what real reason. i can't access my own money at all. I can't get my last two paychecks due to it being temporarily suspended it's been two weeks. I have bills that are due. I NEVER had an issue with Varo until two weeks ago. My payroll clerk at my job can't do nothing about it unless i speak with Varo. I just need Varo to closed my account at this point & send all of MY money back. i work hard for what i do. i would really appreciate it if someone one can please help me out

Can someone please help me get my money. They temporarily suspended me and my utilities are due to be shut off. I can't access my own money. I proved my identity. What's the deal with this bank ??

Varo allowed someone to fraudulently open an account in my name. This person hacked into my actual bank account, set up an external transfer to this fraudulent Varo account. My bank has already done what they can to help me, but since the transfer was already sent it is now pending and IF I could actually get a hold of someone at Varo I could actual have someone stop the transfer on their end and recover my funds faster. I have never heard of Varo until today and I already think it is a horrible idea for a bank.

Varo closed my account and told me it's because of my transactions activity. I asked how is saving doing something wrong and they told me. They don't have to give a reason its closed and if i have funds they would send them they sent my checking account and kept my saving account funds.

Varo Mobile Banking accepted a deposit from one of their customers using a stolen check... made out for $150 for "concrete services" The very next day, the same loser customer attempted to steal $842.51 from me using an electronic check via Varo. The location shows an address 240 miles away from me, but is somehow "closed" and absolutely no one answers their customer service number. Nice try and f* you, Varo.

Obvious rip off setup to facilitate fraudulent accounts with no live reps to answer questions. Guess we will have to subpoena them to answer in court in our State!!! Also advising the State of MO to bar them from scamming MO residents.

My problem with Varo is that I tried to deposit my check so I signed it and said for Varo online bank deposits only. For it to get accepted and gave me the money then a few days later all of a sudden it gets rejected because it's saying it a duplicate when in all reality I never even tried depositing into Varo. So now they making me pay back money that was mine. Was talking to customer service she goes u can cash it out somewhere else. How tf am I supposed to do that if it says for online banking only. The ripped me off and not very happy bout that

No live customer service and the robot responses is not a banking service I would recommend to anyone. I am a tax preparer and I recommended VARO services but never again. Thirty minutes after the account was issued, they issued an email requesting more information and five minutes later they suspended her account. They still accepted her refund and we have asked numerous time to return it to the IRS so they can mail a check. Their response has nothing to do with her asking them to please return her refund to the IRS but the robot response has nothing to do with her request her money refunded. DO NOT USE VARO BANK! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE available but via the app but how can you inquire about your money when the account was suspended. Government controls everything else, they need control over banks customer service.

VARO is a rip off!!!! You CANNOT do NORMAL business activity by writing checks to businesses that are CHECK ONLY like OUR ranch supply outlets!!! I have a cattle and horse operation!!! There are NO live reps and NO AMERICANS that work there answering phones!!!! You CANNOT doe business through this SCREWED up organization!!! Utah needs to investigate their operations for mishandling customer funds, such as account closures and failure to refund disbursements that were cancelled!!!

Varo is an awesome bank and only getting better.

Varo sucks so bad , their is no live representative to talk to voice to voice, I don't trust chat lines and a robot answers you not a live representative. 744.00 plus 122.84 from a bill I paid was withdraw from my bill, yet this money was never returned to my account, this is my money and now I had no choice to get a layer Involved because their are no humans you ever speak to robot's answer everything, even their chat lines. This bank is out of draper, Utah and this company only has that one office, nothing else. If you can't afford for a live representative to speak to your customers and look up the information on a computer like regular banks do, this is horrible. I have a lawyer who is writing them a letter to arrive in court to return my money.

My money from my SSI check went on my varo card, yet I have no way of utilizing it, why? You decine every purchase I make when my full SSI check is in your bank.

I can they locked our account twice within 5 days when the online transaction we made was to pay our electric bill and they give ZERO explanation or reason. So if you bank with varo just make sure you don't use it.

I really like this bank it's awesome.

So far I cannot think of one negative issue with Varo Bank. Love the way it's set up. Transparency means everything to me. You won't find any goblins hiding around the corner ready to pounce on your account. I say WELL DONE ! And keep up the good work.
