BRANCH REVIEWS
This afternoon I drove up to drive in window to deposit a check to my checking account of which I have been a member for 20 years. There was a sign that said Closed. I did not realize the other side was open so I parked in the lane and went into the bank. The teller said only one was closed but I did not realize the other was open. So I hurriedly made my deposit and explained what had happened. One of the assistant managers, Angel reprimanded me and wouldn't let it go. I told him the quicker I made my deposit the quicker I would be out of there to move my car. As for good customer service , I think he only needed to say " Mam I understand your dilemma. Let's get you taken care of and you can move your car." As a customer of Veritex for many years, I didn't appreciate his tone as if he were talking to a teenager and I reiterate that I thought the lane was closed because there was a large sign that said closed. I am 78 years old and I could use any bank in Houston but I have stuck with Veritex all these years. I am very upset about this.
