BRANCH REVIEWS
Have many accounts here and been customer for 44 years. Wanted to open a simple checking account for my son with his first job. Told i had to have an appointment. Went across the street and Bank of America was no problem to open one that minute. There were several employees standing around with nothing to do but walk around. Appearances were they didn't want to work. Very disappointed to be treated this way. And the bank has maybe 2 other customers. What is going on?
