This Wells Fargo in particular and the loan department they like to run incentives for their loan officers to pre-approve anyone. 2 months later once all paperwork has been sent now for a month but application submitted 2 months prior when we are ready to close on our new house they approved us for they all the sudden take everything away. Nothing was misinterpreted in the application information they poorly did not review it until last minute and approve anyone up front just to get a bigger pay check. Their customer service is horribleValerie Oakley in particular is the one who did not properly do her job she stated she has been doing this for a long time and would get us approved. You shouldn't promise stuff like that. It's wrong in every way possible to mess with people's dreams of purchasing a new home and for them to take back their word at last minute is wrong. Do not use these guys for loans!
