WELLS FARGO BANK UPPER DARBY

First, I had an appointment to speak to a Wells Fargo representative in person for January 14,2022. On January 10, 202 at 3:15p,m I get a call from 610-572-7175( it only range twice so I missed it) Howeever a young lady (her name was not audible) left a message stating that the Upper Darby Office would be closed this week, and she would be working out of the Haverford Town office. She stated if I wanted to speak with her or come in there to call her at the 610-572-7175 office. I called immediately and got a voice activate messege--Thank you for calling Wells Fargo, you have reached a number that does not support voicemail. I called back every ten minutes hoping to get a live person. My business with Wells Fargo is very serious and concerns my checking and saavings account,. After not reaching anyone on the number indicated, I contacted the Haverford Avenue branch. Unforntunately, because oher her voice being low on the message I could not give a name. He looks up the Upper Darby office and tells me that yes, that office would be closed and it said so on its website. I couldnot find confirmation of this. I then called Wells Fargo branch in Upper Darby. Automation recording on line, no indication absence of employees, just the opposite, but after four rings it transferred me to automation. I am once again requesting an appoitment to view certain documentation on my account. And it is odd that no type of notification is recroded on the Upper Darby branch to alert clients that they wold be closed this week. I believe it is a farce. Please contact me at 215-877-2908. J.
