★★ Bank review

Ol' Wilbur needs to define "nolagable emplyees". An employee that "Nogals"? OK. Apparently on Saturday no branches are open on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. I received "account locked" when I tried to transfer money via "Pay A Person", myself, at a competitor credit union as I have done in the past. Via Wheatland website 888 896-5200 tele I was able to speak with a live body at Wheatland's customer service on-line transactions help desk after the hoops and hurdles past the Ai (yes, upper case A, lower case i, not lower case l). She was unable to unlock my account after putting me on hold three times. She said she would create a ticket regarding the situation; that it would be addressed on Monday. Today is Saturday. Bank of Idaho should never have sold out to Wheatland/Glacier or whatever they are now. It could change. It's still early in the day. BIG Thanks to the wonderful staff at the Clearwater Ave, Kennewick Branch. They and Bank of Idaho were really professional, competent and friendly people helping me advance my financial needs. Unfortunately, bigger is not, necessarily, better.
