★ Bank review

If it's not poor customer service, it's unexplainable practices, like stopping payment on one submittal, suspending my card, then making me get a new card and paying on the request anyway. It's like a comedic bank. Am taking my money out so something worse doesn't happen.

★ Branch review: Delaware Place Branch

Have never Dealt with a more inept bank ! Can't get a hold of anyone without going through 3 people, wrong phone numbers on statements, still have not changed my address after 3 calls, one Hand has no idea what the other is doing. If you like nightmares bank with them.
