Branch Reviews & Complaints
I am writing this to give a commendation to Senior Supervisor, La'Keisha at Woodforest National Bank, 'Tidewater Drive, Norfolk for her extraordinary support she recently provided to me. I am deeply truly appreciative of her professionalism, empathy and dedication concerning an issue involving my account.
From the very beginning of our conversation, her mannerism, and genuine respect were unmistakable. She listened carefully, communicated clearly, and made me feel valued throughout the entire process. Her exceptional character and commitment to customer care deserves to be recognized at the highest level. La'Keisha took the time to speak directly to the Dispute Department on my behalf! She did not rush me or talk over me or at me, but to me making me feel as if my problem was her problem and that meant more to me than I can express. After speaking with La'Keisha, my trust in Woodforest National Bank --- especially the Tidewater Drive Branch -- was fully restored. Before speaking with La'Keisha and having her assistance, I was prepared to withdraw my funds and close my account. However, because of her exceptional support, I decided to remain a loyal customer. I Thank GOD for allowing La'Keisha to assist me. If I had my way, anyone and everyone who encountered a problem with Woodforest National Bank I would recommend them to La'Keisha knowing they would be treated with the upmost respect and would be completed satisfied. Your character tells who you are and her character definitely speaks for her. HATS OFF TO LA'KEISHA FOR A JOB WELL DONE EXCEEDING OUTSTANDING!!
