BRANCH REVIEWS
The branch in Rockford, IL inside the Walmart was taken over by a whole new crew of employees. Been banking there for 4plus years had a good banking relationship with the employees there, they were friendly and smiled when you came into the branch and were very accommodating. This group of individuals do not smile or ask when you enter the branch and are standing there if you need help or "can I help you" This has happened numerous times from the Manager and the assistant Manager. Another employee was just sitting there no smile or welcoming comment from her you would think in these trying times this staff would go above an beyond to make their customers feel welcomed but that is apparently no so for this branch.
