★ Branch review: Montgomery City Branch

I had my son, John Miller, take a check of mine to Bank of America in Montgomery City, Mo. to cash for me. He is a signer on that account also. They would not cash it evern tho I had endorced it 'pay to the order of John Miller'. I would like to know why....
