Bank of America Beverly & San Vicente

I have had a checking account at BOFA in Los Angeles, at the Beverly and San Vicente branch for more than 30 years. When I moved abroad in 2003 I retained the checking account at the same branch but did not request a credit card. I monitored the account without a problem until the bank changed its system and required my calling a specific telephone number for an authorized code. Since then I have experienced a constantly recurring problem. I finally requested to speak to a supervisor a gentleman who was sensitive to my special needs and he arranged a permanent code for me which would avoid continued problems. Once again I am experiencing the same frustrating replay at a time that I am physically disabled and can hardly hold the telephone. Considering this, my daughter and son-in-law have agreed to assume responsibility for the account and I would like to pursue this as soon as possible according to your specifications. However, there is an immediate problem which must be taken care of by August 15th when a credit card payment I have always made from BOFA is due. Because of illness I was unable to take care of this early in the month as I have always done. I, therefore, request that I be issued an authorization code immediately in order for me to access my account and maintain my perfect record of payment. I would like the new arrangement of the checking account to be taken care of as soon as possible as I have mentioned above and to include both my daughter and son-in-law. Thank you in advance.
