The service is usually poor and the last visit to this branch on April 14, 2023 I had my car window broken and cash stolen out of my car that I had just received at Chase bank down the street about 1 mile. The police came and took my comments and the branch manager made her internal report, but NOTHING happened to find out who the criminal was that broke my window and got the cash in a Chase envelope stored in my middle console. There was a camera pointed at the parking lot where the crime occurred, but the Bank of America security stated to the policeman, officer S. Chhun that they saw NOTHING on the video during that afternoon from 3:15-3:40. That is horrible work by Bank of America video security because there was a crime committed and No one can show me any video of the incident. I will NEVER go to that location again due to this terrible crime that cost me $2,200 in cah & subsequent window repair.
