Have savings and checking accounts with Bank of Mauston and wanted to set up account. After entering info error message read my SSN had been locked. Called and transferred to an unnamed person who verified my nfo and said SSN was unlocked. Tried again still SSN locked. I live in Illinois with property in Mauston with accounts for emergencies. Customer service is terrible.
I've been with The Bank of Mauston on and off for most of my life. An exception is when I served my country in the Marines. Today, I am still a proud member of this fine institution. Sure it's easy to say if you live in the 5 county area, but what makes this so special for me is.... I live in the Philippines. I've been here nearly four years and The Bank of Mauston has been my security blanket. I thank God I kept my accounts active there. Thank you Bank of Mauston staff and friends. It's because of you there, I am able to enjoy my retirement HERE.
