I have banked with Bank OZK since it opened in Blue Ridge. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone at this branch. Occasionally I stop by, even if I do not have banking business, to see a smiley face and get a sincere welcome. I feel like family. Even though it was Tina who reminded me to share my feelings about the bank and the people who run it, this review and the shining five stars are for everyone who works here. Thank you for excellent service at a big bank with a small-town feel.

Bank OZK in Grayson, GA provides a positive banking experience, highlighted by the professionalism of its staff, including Kelly, Erling, Tahisa, and last but not least Odessia. When it comes to customer service the team (Kelly, Erling, Tahisa, and Odessia) is always friendly and attentive. They also give quick response times and effective problem-solving. I highly recommend this team for their welcoming demeanor and ability to make me feel valued.

I have been a Bank OZK client for a little over a year. The positives: I've had superior service, people that seem to really care, bankers who actually know the banking - CD - loan - investing "lay of the land". Amazing [at least compared to some others in this area]. I'm always greeted upon arrival, asked how the various bankers can assist, explained procedures as the bankers are conducting business, plus treated with a smile. I feel comfortable and appreciated amongst knowledgeable staff. Here's the best part - they actually have a "go-to" employee who truly knows the Bank OZK system, is well aware of the competition, and gives great and informative answers - her name is Patty Moon. Hats off to Patty! The negatives: None that I can think of - the bank even has comfortable furniture - which was a surprise.

I am very satisfied with the branch office in Concord, NC. Friendly, helpful, I feel like family when I walk in. Their Wealth Management is wonderful. Again Friendly, caring, helpful, and willing to help with any questions you may have.

Teller's talk on the phone while a customer who comes inside the bank has to wait until the teller gets off the phone. There should always be a teller available for a customer who walks into the bank. I have not received my 1099I from them as of 2/17/2025. I shouldn't have to go to the bank to pick it up. This is to show interest I made on my savings at this bank.

This bank is worthless. Dealing with the Harrison, AR branch for 2 years now trying to release our deceased father's funds. Have a court order signed by a judge, death certificate, proof we are family, & listed as agent on the account & they still are giving us the run around. Everything has been handled legally till you get to the bank & they start making up their own set of rules. Worst bank ever. We should sue them for emotional distress. It's bad enough we lost both parents within months of each other. Now dealing with this greedy bank does not help! They even took a service charge out each month because the account was not active! He's been deceased for over 2 years! Terrible bank. I'd give it zero stars.

I would like to give a big shout out to Marie Spinler and Mickey Torres of the Gulfport branch. From the minute I walked in to open my checking account I was treated like family and not just another new checking account. A month after opening my account I decided to apply for a HELOC. Mickey made the process so easy and stress free I highly recommend Bank of OZK for all your banking needs.For full disclosure I have been a loyal CHASE bank customer for over 30 years, but they have lost there customer service ranking with me since the covid pandemic.Looking forward to my new business relationship with Bank of OZK Scott Gulfport resident 35 years.

Do not bank with OZK unless you are okay with only banking Monday-Friday. I deposited a check Friday 6:00 p.m. via ATM and as of Monday my deposit is STILL not in my account. I was told by the agent that anytime a deposit is made via ATM or mobile app after 5 on a Friday that you cannot access the funds until Tuesday. They do not have an agent physically available to process the deposit until Monday and it takes they system an additional day, until Tuesday, to update. In this day and time with the advances in technology and the 24/7 world that we live in, OZK needs to up their game! Be more accommodating to the working world. Not all of us can get to the bank during old fashioned banking hours! And to make matters worse they have limited branches open on Saturdays. I have to drive 40 min to nearest open branch. Not happy with the antiquated time frame to get access to my money!

Went to deposit a small check in A small account that I use with Paypal.. The check was in my Husbands name and he signed it over to me. They wouldn't deposit the check in my account without him physically being there with me. i have been depositing checks in this account without him for years. this doesn't make since to all of a sudden you change the rules after doing things for years. Ya'll need to send out new regulations for your customers that have been with you for years.

I've tried multiple times to set up Power of Attorney for my father's account. Nothing! Time for a lawyer.

I've just filled out all my personal information on your website in order to open an account. I want to put $10,000 into your 8 month CD. I'm upset because after putting all my information out there for all to see, you tell me that you can't confirm my identity on line.

Little Rock, Markham and Rodney Parham Branch.
Because of short staffing, this large bank only had one teller running the whole place with the doors locked. I opened my account 9 months ago because it is very close to my house, so it was the only bank I did business with for 6 months. Until I discovered that the only teller, and the only employee in the bank, had been stealing from me when I had to overdraft a few times, over a 3-month period. For example, when I needed to overdraft $200, he told me he was taking $35 out of my cash for the bank fee, but when I got my statements there was an additional $35 for that same $200. I made a complaint but cannot prove what he did, so be careful of what they tell you, as short staffed as they are now.

Been banking there since it opened as C1 bank. My how it has gone downhill. Current staff is rude and disinterested in customer service. No notary available. The lobby is a dump.

Very helpful and the service is the best. I love this bank and recommend it to anyone who asks who I bank with, I am always proud to say Bank OZY.

This is the BEST bank in town, hands down. My father banks here and they are always so helpful with him and whatever it is that he needs. The customer service with all the tellers and management is superior to all other banks around. They truly care about their customers and this is what keeps their customers staying with them. Thank you for taking time with the elderly and explaining things so they understand in today's world. If I could give you more than 5 Stars I would. - God Bless all of you, Lisa Allison Anderson.

Horrible service, slow, everything is inefficent stuck in a boomer time warp from 1994, the bank is out of date, bad hrs, bad service, totally inefficent at all levels !

Staff was friendy and proficient in their job responsibilities and duties. I'd like to reopen my account.

Everyone in this bank is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this branch.

I love the people at this location. Big improvement over BOA! Friendly service with a smile. Even financed my business property for me. I also have my personal banking here.
