Branch Reviews & Complaints
I have stopped into your branch several times and the older tellers, over 30, are calm and polite. On two occassions, including yesterday, I have been treated aggressively by two young women. I explain a situation, such as my bank card was already ordered but is taking too long, I will just speak to someone at my own branch, and no thank you, I will do that another time because I am in a rush today. Both times the younger women have continued to offer services and advise that was not requested, I said something to the effect that I was not asking for a particluar soution and am told, well we mention it anyway. One young woman said, I can't go any faster when I declined a service because I was in a bit of a rush. Where is the good customr service? This has only happened at this branch, the insistence and anwering back aggressively makes meI wish I had asked for the transacion to be cancelled so I could move to a different teller, I did not do that yesterday. One young woman was so difficult, I said I would just complete my transaction at the ATM. For these reasons and a few other, I do plan to close my account in the next few months and switch to a credit Union. I should not have to face aggressive women who are in a bad mood.
