★★★★★ Branch review: Oak Lawn Branch

I went to the branch at 105th & Cicero in Oak Lawn yesterday. The woman who helped me was named Sondra and I found her to be one of the best bankers I have ever spoken with. She was very kind to my cousin who has had her account there for years. After Sondra helping us out we visited 3 more banks in the area. Needless to say, on the way back from the other banks my cousin deposited more money back into CIBC and has plans to build more equity with them. In a time where most companies have forgotten customer service Sondra has not. Kudos to the person who hired her.
