CIBC Bank USA, originally established as The PrivateBank and Trust Company on February 6, 1991, has undergone significant transformations and acquisitions throughout its history. The institution initially changed its trust powers to limited on July 12, 1991. Over the years, it expanded by acquiring several banks, including Johnson Bank Illinois in Lake Forest, Illinois, on February 11, 2000, and multiple branches of The PrivateBank across various locations from 2008 to 2009 in cities such as Atlanta, Georgia; Bloomfield Hills, Michigan; Saint Louis, Missouri; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In addition, Founders Bank in Worth, Illinois, was acquired as part of a government-assisted merger on July 2, 2009. No where's to deposit US currency in the Northwest or in Canada. I tried depositing US cash in an ATM in CIBC atm that had a USA flag logo however it will only allow withdraws. Any ideas???... Read more
