This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I went there and asked about their offers for 0% interest rate. The front desk lady told me: Sure, you have 18 months with 0% interest. I moved forward, but then suddenly I started getting charged 28% interest. When I asked about it, they said: Yes, that's only on balance transfers, not on purchases. The exterior maintenance and landscaping of 1779 River Oaks Dr , Calumet City Illinois Citibank branch is worse than terrible. It is despicable! At the ENTRANCE of the bank, the door where customers enter, there are weeds 4 feet tall, lots of trash, lots of DEAD landscaping, a trash can that is almost overflowing, un mowed very weedy grass , and a dead possum!!!!
