How can you operate such a big bank with just atms. We are trying to solve a major problem and using the phone to solve this problem has proven impossible. Either Citibank is criminal operation or they are incompetent. They pass the buck in every situation possible..Now I have to retain a Federal lawyer to take Citibank to court. Hope they covered the criminal tracks good enough. I sure hope they didn't do anything illegal and just made a huge mistake.
