I would like to make a formal complaint regarding April one of the front desk clerk girl. I visit the bank alot to make a deposit, and on multiple occasions I have observed her using her phone, either playing video games or looking at social media, chatting with other people, while customers are waiting every time I go to the bank.
When I approach her for assistance, she always tells me and all the other customers that she is busy and makes me wait for another staff member to help me with my deposit. This has happened repeatedly and has caused unnecessary delays. I also feel that her attitude toward me has been rude and unprofessional.
I believe customers should be assisted promptly and treated respectfully, especially when an employee is available at the front desk. I would appreciate it if management could look into this matter and address the situation appropriate.
They are slow to deal with Bank of America in clearing check on funds they are holding onto. Deposited a check on 8/4 as of 8/11 BOA cannot reach them to verify funds to clear the check. I send them an email with no reply and copied in my attorney.
