★★ Bank review

I mistakenly deposited a check which clearly stated on the front that it was VOID due to passing a deadline. My bad. Nonetheless, Fairfield Bank cleared it as OK for deposit, then hit me with a $25 fee for the returned check. I called their "customer service" line, and after several frustrating minutes I actually got to speak to a supervisor. He was curt, and made it clear that he had no time for me and that I should have known better. As for why the accepted a voided check in the first place he had no answer. I had to eat the $25.

Great Branch !!!! All the Ladies, Ana, Janina, Veronica, Paola & Odette are very helpful and knoweldgable. They go above & beyond for their customers. Always have wonderful smiles on their faces!!!
