★ Branch review: Walmart North Branch

I just tried to deposit funds into my account after shopping at Walmart and it was not able to process my funds at the end of the transaction it did not give me back all the bills I put into it unfortunately the bank is closed because it's 10:30 at night but this is the second time I've had problems with this ATM machine fair warning.

First Financial Bank of New Waverly is a bank whose employees are quick to assist, smile with sincerity and laugh at my poor jokes. There is a sense of welcome upon entering the lobby and always a teller to assist with any need. I am impressed that those at higher levels are just as willing to step from behind their desks to assist when needed.

First Financial Bank, New Waverly is a small town bank with big town capabilities and everybody knows your name, names of your family members and probably the name of your dog after your first visit...oh, cats too. Sue Hardy

I love this bank. The employees are so friendly and they greet me by my name and I get waited on quickly.

My problem is with online banking. I dont get online that much but every time I do you change things and I have to call in for new instructions. I have been on several hours today and still haven't found the log in page for me to get to my accounts. ? Why make online banking so complicated? Marilyn S.
