★ Branch review: 280 By-Pass Branch

You cant even get ahold of anyone I ve been trying for 3 days, or the other numbers is disconnected! Like you should be able too get in touch with your bank that holds your money. This, is bullshit. Is there only one phone number too all the branches in Phenix City Alabama? I would like too get ahold of my bank. When, I need too check on somethings. But with this bank you definitely cant. I will be changing banks. Its like this all the time, you can never speak too anyone. Its always busy.

★ Branch review: 280 By-Pass Branch

The automatic teller hangs up on, Your money used to be posted on a Friday after 8 if the 1st falls on a Monday. Now that doesn't happen. What is really going on. The customers has a right to know of any changes made. You can't get your balance.
