I love my Lothian Branch staff. I was Amy's customer long before Shore operated at this location. Amy, Party, Stacy and the rest of the staff are always on their game!!! Any time I have needed services other than just normal banking, CD's, trust help, loans, the knowledge of the staff and the ease of interaction is top shelf! And both my Goldens have loved coming into the branch for loving and treats (lots of treats!) over their lives. Community banking at its BEST! pHighly Recommend!!!!

This is a wonderful bank to do business with. They are all always very nice and helpful. I wish there were more banks today that care about their customers the way this branch does.
The personnel are first rate. They are knowledgable and friendly and I have found them to be available to address my questions. I like going to do business with them. The personnel are very well managed; they facilitatate getting things done quickly and with the assurance that that things have been done right. It has been a very long time since I've had a local branch that is as easy to work with as the Kent Island branch I use.
Staff that works here and at the Tred Avon Square are not only very nice but they are also kind and helpful. They are also very caring people. I was extremely impress when I had an issue and it was resoved in a timely manner. They are so efficient and very patient in exlpaining everything to me. Thank all of you for doing your job so gracefully.
