I walked into the center road branch today to have a $100 bill broken. There were 2 tellers and only 1 customer at the window. I was asked by one teller if I had an account and I replied no. I was then told since I was not a customer they could not accommodate me. We purchased our "winter home" just a few blocks away and had not yet opened local bank account.
