I've been a customer since 2002, and each and every year the professional to the branch has become total overbearing. The bank managers (Hazel Wagoner & Susan Hopkins) have gone way out of their ways to make life a living hell, from leaving voicemail and never ever returning, making legal threats, threats of closing are accounts for just asking a question ( Bill Buchanan) in October 2017. And far the worst person is the credit department (Rhonda?) who NEVER calls back about anything that is important to me (such as contacting my visa card with the three credit bureaus, the only reason I got the card in the first place WAS to help my credit score) I have had the Visa card since June 2020, I have talked to all threes credit bureaus and they all inform me that the bank is suppose to connect with them and not the other way around, I have asked two of your employees (Tina & Phoebe) to look into this for me and just silence. The only other recourse left is closing all my accounts, contacting both the Chamber of Commerce (Smyth Co) & the Better Business Bureau, oh can you do one thing for me, remove the one star and put no star.
