We took a check from a Truist CD to open an account to the Saltville branch and to set up an account for a CD at The Bank of Saltville 1:30 pm today, Febuary 11th 2026. There was a young man working behind the desk that told us he could not set up our account because his co-worker was taking lunch and he was there alone... He was the only person in that bank. That is so not right, management issues.
