★ Bank review

Had CD at 3% came up for renew and the renew at less than 0.10-% with out telling me so for 9 month I got next to nothing. I only found out when I got my year end statement. I called and they refused to due anything. I have other CD;s at other banks and they renew at the current CD rate not saving account rates.
