Wisconsin Bank and Trust lacks the technical expertise to solve online banking problems. I keep getting the runaround and have been told my issue is escalated and someone will get back to me but no one ever has. Even trying to call a local branch you just get sent to their customer service line which gets you no answers.

We have our mortgage with you. I wish that you would make it easy to make online extra payments to the principal on the mortgage and to estimate how much such extra payments shorten the payoff period for the loan. Prior banks at which we had mortgages always had an easy access online account where you could make extra payments and track how close you were to paying of the loan.
