WoodTrust Bank is a financial institution located in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, with a history dating back to its establishment on August 11, 1891, originally named The Wood County National Bank of Wisconsin Rapids. Over the years, the bank underwent several name changes, including becoming Wood County National Bank and Trust on February 15, 1985, and then Wood County National Bank on May 4, 1999. In 2006, the institution was renamed WoodTrust Bank, N.A. The bank expanded its services by acquiring Community State Bank on May 20, 1991, and later acquired WoodTrust Asset Management, National Association in January 2009.
