I've been banking with PSB for almost 20 years. I come from a small town and banked with another bank with I first moved here. The atmosphere between the two banks is totally different from each other. The first bank was full of snobs. When I came to PSB, the atmosphere was so warm and friendly. And I'd like to thank Mary Bramblett and Cassie for that. Mary is my favorite. She is so kind and always greets me with a smile. She knows her job to a Tee!! Thank you, Mary, for always helping me and being there for me and my financial needs. Thank you also for making me feel like I'm just not a customer but a friend.
This bank must be having severe hacking problems. I have tried dozens of times to access an account and the passcode continually changes which is an indication of the bank being hacked numerous times. We keep asking for a text to change the passcode or enter the account but they never send it. You might want to reconsider depositing or keeping any money at this bank!!!!!
